Conscious Clinician Institute Program Policies
1. Confidentiality of Participant Information
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of all participant information. This includes personal and financial information collected during registration (e.g., name, email, phone number, address, and payment details).
- Information will not be shared with third parties without participant consent, unless required by law.
- If programs include recorded webinars or in-person trainings, participant names, images, or other identifying information will not be used without written consent.
2. Program Complaints and Disputes
We take concerns seriously and provide a fair process for resolving them.
- Participants or prospective participants may submit complaints by emailing [email protected].
- Complaints will be reviewed, considered, and responded to within 10 business days.
- While we cannot guarantee a specific outcome, every effort will be made to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
3. Fees, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Program fees are clearly stated prior to registration.
- Due to the immediate access provided to course materials upon registration, all sales for online courses are final and non-refundable.
- If the CEU provider cancels or reschedules a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future course.
4. Attendance Policy
- Full attendance is required to receive CE credit. Partial credit will not be awarded.
- For home study programs, completion of all required modules and the post-quiz is required to earn credit.
5. Confidentiality Breaches
In the event of a data breach or accidental disclosure of participant information:
- Affected participants will be notified immediately.
- Corrective action will be taken to prevent future occurrences.
6. Enduring Materials Review
All course materials, including recordings and home study content, will be reviewed annually to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current professional standards. Outdated programs may be retired or updated.
7. Record Keeping and Retention
We maintain participant records, including registration details, attendance verification, and completion certificates, for a minimum of 5 years, in accordance with NBCC requirements.
8. Use of Client Information in CE Programs
Client information will never be disclosed without proper, written informed consent. Presenters may use composite or de-identified case examples to illustrate key concepts while protecting confidentiality.
9. ADA Accommodations
We are committed to providing accessible continuing education.
- Participants who require accommodations should submit requests in writing to [email protected] at least 2 weeks before the course.
- Requests will be evaluated promptly, and reasonable accommodations will be provided whenever possible.
